BrainMap CLI How-To Guide

The BrainMap Community Portal supports a command line interface (CLI) for programmatic interaction and customization or development. The python-based tooling used for interaction with the BrainMap Community Portal is the Tapis CLI. Below is a series of short guides to accomplishing common tasks with the Tapis CLI. Most guides assume you already have the CLI installed and that you are authenticated with one of the tenants. Additional help is located in the Tapis CLI Reference Documentation.
